Terms

1. New server setup will take 24 to 72 hours. If you want to buy server, contact admin@hostonnet.com

2. You need to pay 1 month payment in advance as security deposit. This will be refunded when you cancel the server with us or can be used as last month payment.

3. Cancellations must be submitted through helpdesk at least 1 month before next billing date.

4. If you fail to make payment on due date, server will be suspended. A reconnect fee of $25 will be charged for activation.
